It is a good size for taekwondo sparring gear. The size is a little big for my 7 year old (4 ft tall) to carry. However he can carry it even though it’s a little big. It’s measurements are actually just a little bigger than the adidas small duffel bag. They are length 20” height 12” and width about 10”. The material is lightweight and seems durable. My son loves the color (blue). His chest pad fits perfectly in the bottom with an inch or 2 to spare. It has extra side pockets and extra room inside with all his gear already packed. Great bag.

This bag has a compartment for shoes, but when shoes are in it, it does take up space in the main compartment. That is the only downside to this bag. Great for the gym!
